Marina Babiy, MD

Dr. Babiy graduated from Brooklyn College, Summa Cum Laude and earned her medical degree at SUNY Brooklyn @ Downstate Medical Center. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Winthrop University Hospital. She received her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian Hospital in the combined program of Columbia and Cornell. Dr. Babiy is Board Certified in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in NYC. She is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and an active member of the New York County Medical Society. She is an Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and teaches residents at New York City Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Babiy specializes in musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and sports medicine, as well as orthopedic rehabilitation and electrodiagnostics. Her primary focus is to provide the best possible care to her patients with compassion and understanding of their needs. She always tries to diagnose and timely treat all the underlying problems in order to achieve long lasting relief as quickly as possible. She believes in the importance of patient education about their condition and active patient participation in their treatment and recovery from injury. The emphasis is placed on conservative treatment.


Neal Mesnick, MD

Neal A. Mesnick, M.D., M.A., FAAPMR is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a member of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a member of the American Medical Association and a member of the Medical Society of the state of New York. He is an attending physician at New York Presbyterian Medical Center and is on the faculty at Weill-Cornell Medical College where he is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Rehabilitation Medicine. He has published abstracts and has presented at national conferences.

Dr. Mesnick specializes in musculoskeletal injuries including neck and back pain, shoulder pain, knee and ankle pain. He believes in treating the patient as a whole in order to return them to full function.



Alex Morales, MPT

Alex received his masters of physical therapy degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 2007. He began his career at The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital where he acquired extensive clinical experience in treating a wide variety of post operative orthopedic diagnoses, and neurological disorders. From Burke, Alex worked in Pediatrics where he gained clinical experience in treating children with spectrum disorders, sensory deficits, and developmental delay. Prior to joining Infinity Sports Medicine, Alex assisted in the opening of an outpatient physical therapy clinic that provided much needed services to an underserved community.  With a passion for treating sports injuries, Alex focuses on manual techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, and sport specific training with a goal to restore his patients to their prior level of function as well as educate them on how to prevent the reoccurrence of injury.
